Both author and participants are required to complete the registration payment on 15 November 2019 at Google Form Registration


Method of payment

We accept two payment methods.

  1. Online Bank transfer: Payslip payment must attached in the registration form.
  2. Credit Card: Payment could be made online via PayPal.

Each participant needs to pay the registration fee. One author with one accepted submission will have to pay the fee. The co-author of the same paper shall make the payment  individually if he/she will present the paper together in the conference. If one author have more than one accepted paper to present, he/she will have to make the payment for each submission with discount of 20%.



The receipt as a proof of payment will be given by the Secretariat after the payment is completed.



*[Certificate of Presentation or Certificate of Attendance]

A certificate of attendance includes participant’s name and affiliation, certifying the participation in the conference.


A certificate of presentation indicates a presenter’s name, affiliation and the paper title that is presented in the scheduled session. The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented. Instead, the certificate of attendance will be provided after the conference.

If authors are not able to present their papers due to unavoidable circumstances, they shall provide the official certification document to request for the certificate of presentation. For more details, please contact the conference secretariat.



No refunds will be issued by ICUW for any reason. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
